Cookie Policy
Short version: this site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. That is why there is no cookie banner.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and tracking pixels. This policy covers all of them.
2. Cookies set by this site
None. yangil.net does not set cookies and does not use local storage, session storage, IndexedDB or tracking pixels. The light/dark theme follows your system setting, so no preference needs to be stored.
3. Analytics without cookies
Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies or browser storage and does not fingerprint you. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
4. Strictly necessary security cookies (Cloudflare)
When Cloudflare sits in front of the site to protect it from bots and attacks, it may set one of the cookies below, but only when its security features are triggered for your request. They contain no information that identifies you to me, are not used for analytics or advertising, and cannot be used to follow you across sites.

These cookies are strictly necessary to deliver the site securely, so under the EU ePrivacy rules and KVKK they do not require consent. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). Cloudflare describes them in its cookie reference .
5. Contact form
The contact form sends your message to Web3Forms in the background. It does not load any Web3Forms script, widget or captcha and does not set cookies on this site.
6. Other sites
GitHub, LinkedIn and the project demo sites linked from here set their own cookies once you visit them. Their own cookie policies apply.
7. Controlling cookies
You can view, block and delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the Cloudflare cookies does not break normal browsing; at most you may be shown a security check more often. Help pages for Chrome , Firefox , Safari and Edge .
8. Changes and contact
If this site ever starts using cookies that need consent, this page will be updated and you will be asked before any are set. Questions: hello@yangil.net.
