D&D Session Portal
A web control room for the recorder bot: sign in with Discord, drive recording and music from a phone at the table, search every transcript, and run combat from a DM screen.
The portal sits between the browser and the bot’s API. The browser only talks to the portal, which checks the Discord session, allowlists the call and validates the input; the bot token never reaches the browser.
- Live status that follows the bot on its own, including recordings started from a slash command in Discord.
- Sessions and search: full history, recovery of interrupted sessions, and transcripts with per-speaker filtering, search across every campaign, and download.
- Music and sound: library, YouTube and SoundCloud search, queue editing, looping ambience, one-shot effects and saved scenes mixed live in voice.
- DM screen: SRD 5.1 and 5.2 bestiary with clickable rolls, NPCs, areas with prepared encounters and rewards, items, an initiative tracker with conditions and concentration, and dice rolls that can be sent to Discord.
- Campaigns kept apart on one server, 12 themes, and a mobile-first layout for use at the table.
