Field Operations Platform
A SaaS platform that replaces paper checklists and chat messages for field teams in hospitality, facilities and cleaning. As one of the core developers, I built a large part of its web portal.
Field teams work from a mobile app; managers run operations from a web portal. The platform covers task assignment, on-site verification and reporting across many sites. My work was mostly on the portal side, where I built large parts of the product and several of its major developments as part of the team.
- Operations portal: the manager’s view of tasks, teams and sites, updated in real time.
- Task and site management: setting up sites, teams and recurring work, and following it through to completion.
- Reporting: automated reports on task progress and site performance.
- Integrations with external CRM platforms.
