Student Accommodation CRM
A large in-house CRM that runs a student accommodation agency's sales and bookings. I maintain it and extend it with new features.
The internal system behind the agency: leads, students, bookings, residences and the services sold with them all run through it. It is a large, long-lived codebase that was already in production when I joined.
My work on it:
- Building new features and modules on top of the existing architecture.
- Fixing bugs and improving performance in parts of the system the business uses every day.
- Changing a system that is always live, without disrupting the teams that depend on it.
